Photos Gallore....

A very unattractive pix of me behind the entrance to Chinatown... No I did not gain weight... My parents are making me wear this security pouch to keep me from being a victim of identity theft...I seemed quite hestitant and that only because I saw too much drama...
Me again being very silly on our way to being simply adventurous... I don't know if I spelled that correctly.... After a grilling week... we decided to people watch for a bit... yeah I'm using a bit of British catch phrases at the moment... we were waiting for the bus.... to take the tube... I don't remember if that was the day we saw some guys or not... but it was the day I got slapped with an ax on my bum.

Here a pix of my roommate and I on our way out on our very first week here. If you want to know what happen you need to read the previous blog... Those who know me very well will be happy to know that I am keeping my room very clean..... My smile is very priceless... Oh by the way I don't know why people think I am from London.... Thanks a bunch to my roommate for allowing me to upload this pictures because i forgot my attach to my digital...

Recap on Thurs- Sunday

So my roommate and I decided to go to Chinatown which is the best place to get Chinese food.. I took us forever to get there and well I was feeling pretty hungry. First we went to this tourist spot to get some postcards/gifts. I bought eight dollars worth of postcards but I only actually received six postcards. On our way back to get some food, I found some post cards that were 10 for a pound (American translation 10 postcards for 2 dollars!) I was so pissed off!Since I have to be fiscally conservative with my spending money we decided upon this all you eat buffet for six dollars because they didn't charge a service fee. The food wasn't that great :(. All they served was six dishes and we had a false impression that the food was hot because we could see steam from the window. What a crappy lie! I got sick afterward and it taught me that if your going to eat in London don't go for cheap! Oh by the way, as we agreeing never to eat there again.. we witness the owner of the chinese resturant cursing a customer out. He say get the f**** out of my resturant to some french guy because he asked for another clean dish.. His companion had to leave as well and it sucked but i don't think they payed. Then the owner tried to apologized some of the patrons. If this was America and you got kicked out for something of that sort then it would have been much worse!
On Saturday, I had the most fun since I arrived... we went to a spot in Piccadilly Circus called Tiger Tige. It a trendy spot that Justin Timberlake goes to when he visits London. I could care less for the music. It reminded me of some of the crapy clubs in Austin yet it was very trendy. My roommate and I had a good time laughing at the people dance. THere is this trend that people keep on thinking I am from London until I open my mouth. THis one guy couldn't understand no mean no and proceed to touch my pearl necklace and try to dance with me. My roommate want to explore the strip so we danced to Sean Paul and left with a bang :)! Let just say I ended the night with many offers from guys wanted to share my ice cream for what I will never will began to comprehend.... to be continued until then...

London Week 1

I am tired. I couldn't sleep last night due to a 3 hour siesta. I really like my host family. I feel at ease. My roomie and I toured the strip. The funniest thing I saw was this young teenager mother cussing out some chick Jerry Springer style on her cell phone. It was pretty sad considering she had her daughter asleep in the stroller. She was so upset that some chick was calling her tele. I guess her boyfriend must have cheated on her. She said I will get a milli (i assume a gun) and blow your brains. No lie! Everyone seemed very shocked and quite disturbed. I smiled a little with such disbelief! As far as food my friend was right! Everything is so expensive! My first grocery bill was 16pounds!. I so mad! Oh yeah by the way London alot more diverse than I thought. I haven't seen any hot guys yet but I've seen a few! I forgot to bring the wire to upload any photos but hey I will have them available when I come back to the States. Pip-pip!
